I am going to start my filming process on Sunday night just before Sunset as I want the effect of it just getting dark, as I am filming.

Characters: Luke Brocklesby (Number 2), David Dowson (Number 6)
Clothing: Luke Brocklesby needs to be wearing a smart suit, David Dowson needs to be in jeans and a top, looking scruffy and confused
Before I chose the location of the apartment, I looked at using my boyfriends family farm, however as I mentioned in my previous blog entry, the transport was going to be a problem.I had Luke take a picture of the metal door, so that I could compare that with the appartment metal door.

Although there was an issue with the transport for getting to the farm, after scouting the location using the picture, I realised that the metal doors were not what I wanted and they wouldn't fit in well with my piece of work.
Instead I chose to use the appartment garage door and this was perfect for my task. As it fit into the script well by having a button that I pressed and then the door opened, mixed the futuristic idea in with the modern world.
After scouting out the woodland area near where I live, I realised that it wasn't going to be right for my time of filming, so I chose to use the woodland area by my grans apartment and that fits in perfectly.
Technically, this is pre-production planning, since you've not yet started production - post-production is when you have shot the footage and are ready to edit. Look forward to seeing the rest of your location shots.
